In windows 7 administrative Tools are built-in as in Windows XP. Administrative tools are used to perform different functions Like manage hard drive partitions,adjust firewall settings, start and stop system services, manage scheduled tasks & many more. Normally we have to Access administrative tools in windows 7 either by typing it "Administrative tools" on search or we have to browse it trough Control panel where it is located under Security Tools

- Right click on the Taskbar empty space
- Mutli Tabbed dialouge box will open of "Task Bar and Start menu properties
- Now Click the "Customize" button.
- Now scrll down to "System Administrative tools" and choose where you want to disply System Administrative Tools
- Display on the All Programs menu
- Display on the All Programs menu and the Start menu
- Don't display this item (default)
- Click Ok. You are Done now
