I had read it on many websites that users are looking for how to add or insert Print Screen option in Gmail. There are many shortcuts we use in windows, we can use one of them to add a print screen in Gmail Account, that one is to use a Snapshot of the Whole windows Screen. When at first I read their requests I was a little annoyed that is not a problem. But later i relaized that every body is not that much sharp and they don't know that on the operating system there are some common commands we use to get rid of such problems, they need a teacher to tell how and where to use those features? No? Well, maybe you should suggest a new feature to the Gmail team then!

How to Use Print All Command in Gmail? First we have to look either our account has this feature or not
- Open your Gmail account.
- Now click the email containing the picture or photos we wish to print.
- A new window (or tab) will open showing us the full email and the full photos.
- Right after that a Print dialog box will appear asking us to print our message. This dialog box will be familiar to us as it is the same one we use to print your documents within your Windows operating system.
- Login to Gmail account.
- Now, let’s take a screenshot of what your screen is displaying to you.
- Press Print Screen on your keyboard (most of the time it is located on the right side of the keyboard).
- Now, click Start – All Programs – Accessories -Paint or Windows+R and type MSPAINT
- Click Edit from the upper menu and click Paste (or CTRL +V).
- This will create a snapshot of your Gmail account.
- Now Save the screenshot and print it!
