How to Open Files and Folders with a Single Click

Having to do with Windows 7 every day for work or past-time reasons is a great thing since this new Microsoft operating system is the fastest system ever. However, there are certain procedures which still takes a lot of time such as opening files and folders. If you wish to shorten and make easier the way you open your most important files (let’s say you want to open items with a single click instead to double click everything) , here is a simple trick which might be extremely useful to you!

1. Click Start.
2. In the search box, type Windows Explorer and press Enter.
3. On the toolbar, click Organize.
4. Now, click Folder and search options.
5. From the menu, click Folder and Search Options.
6. Click the General tab.
7. Under Click Items as Follow, select Single Click to Open an Item.
8. Click Apply.
9. Done!
