As you know the registry in windows xp allows you to tweak / customize your windows in a different style same features are available in Windows 7. I found this hack on a website with which help you can Restrict / Forbid user to prevent access to system registry. But registry editing is very much dangerous a simple mistake can leads you towards windows corruption. I have arrange a simple tutorial which help you can prevent and disable the access to the system registry by following simple steps

1. Click Start.
2. The the Search field, type gpedit.msc and press Ok button.
3. Here you have to move User Configuration – Administrative Templates – System.
4. Under Local Group Policy Editor, locate Prevent Access to Registry Editing Tools.
5. Now Double-click it and click Enabled to forbid the access to the system registry.
6. Click OK.
