While googling in Firefox, IE7,IE8 or any tabbed browser when you search something and open the window by pressing Ctrl+Click this results to be open in a new tab/window, but sometime by mistake, or you forget to press Ctrl key the page open in the same window which causes loose for you as you have to go back to view the last page search results. If i tell you a nice trick with which help you will be able to Force firefox to Open Google Search result in a New tab and you don't have to waste time like you do before by going back to search page. What you need to open Google results in a new tab in firefox just follow the following simple steps

1. Open Firefox.
2. In the Web address field, type about:config and press Enter.
3. Click the I’ll be careful, I promise button.
4. In the Filter box, type browser.search.openintab.
5. Double check the valut to set it to True.
6. Done!
